Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Wrong Product: If you receive a saree that is not what you ordered.
  2. Damaged Product: If the saree you receive is damaged or defective.

Return Conditions:

  1. Unpacking Video: You must upload a clear unpacking video on our website within 3 days of receiving the saree. This video should clearly show:
  • The condition of the parcel before opening.
  • The unpacking process.
  • The condition of the saree after unpacking.
  1. Parcel Condition: Do not accept the parcel if it is torn or tampered with upon delivery. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Within 3 days of receiving the saree, visit our website and go to the 'Returns' section.
  2. Upload Video: Follow the instructions to upload your unpacking video.
  3. Return Approval: Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is wrong or damaged. Returns for other reasons are not accepted.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Khammaghani reserves the right to deny a return if the unpacking video is not clear or if the saree does not meet the return conditions.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned saree, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
